Quest: It means to go on a journey in pursuit of something valuable, and in this life, there’s nothing more adventurous than searching for and discovering something, or someone, greater than ourselves. Join one of our small groups as we explore truths and compelling evidence for the existence of God, the beginning of the universe, the reliability of the Bible, the problem of pain and suffering, and the identity of Jesus. It’s a journey you won’t forget! A recent study by the Barna Group found that 59% of Americans and 40% of born-again Christians believe that Christians and Muslims worship the same God. With the dizzying array of spiritual options, and the increased acceptance of universalism (that all people will eventually go to heaven), is it any wonder that people are confused? This is a wake-up call for churches to focus on the core beliefs of the Christian faith—and on Jesus as the one true path to God.
